Terms of Service

AyaMate is a job search and application service made by Work Mates LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the website, the web app and the browser extension.

By creating an account or using AyaMate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

AyaMate helps you find jobs, scores how well they fit you, writes resumes and cover letters from your master profile, and helps you apply.

• Job listings come from public sources and company job boards. We do not control those listings and cannot promise they are current or correct.
• Fit scores and written documents are made with AI. They are suggestions for you to review, not advice.
• We do not automate LinkedIn. On LinkedIn we only help you apply yourself.

Your master profile is the record of your work history, education, skills and answers. You are responsible for making sure everything in it is true and current.

Every resume and cover letter we write is built only from your master profile, and our checks block any document that adds facts that are not there. Those checks help, but you remain responsible for what is sent in your name. Read your documents before you approve them.

• We only submit an application when you tell us to, by approving it yourself or by turning on auto-submit.
• Auto-submit only sends jobs that pass every rule you set, and never more than your daily cap. Your cap can never go above your plan limit.
• We never answer questions about race, gender, disability, veteran status, criminal history, security clearance, salary, or legal statements and signatures on your behalf. Those stop and wait for you.
• We save proof of each application we send, such as a screenshot, so you can see what went out.
• You can turn auto-submit off at any time in Settings.

Employers decide who they interview and hire. We do not guarantee any interview, job offer or response. We also cannot promise that an employer's site will accept an application, since sites change and can block or fail.

Please do not:

• Put false or someone else's information in your profile, or apply as another person.
• Share your account, resell the service, or try to get around plan limits.
• Scrape the service, attack it, or use it to break any law or any job site's terms.

We may pause or close accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

• Paid plans are billed ahead each month. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Each plan has limits on AI scores, documents and daily auto-submits. The current limits are shown on the pricing page and in the app.
• You can cancel in one click from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.
• If we change prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
• Refunds: if you were charged by mistake, or AyaMate does not work for you, email workmatesllc@workmatesgo.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. After 14 days, or for the rest of a month after you cancel, we do not give partial refunds.

You own your profile, documents and answers. You can export everything or delete your account at any time. We never sell your data. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who helps us run the service.

We work hard to keep AyaMate running and correct, but it is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost job chances, employer decisions, or errors in job listings from other sources.

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you and show a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
