Privacy Policy

• Account: your name, email address, sign-in method and plan.
• Resumes and profile: the resumes you upload, your master profile (work history, education, skills) and the documents we write from it.
• Answers: the answers you save for application questions, such as work authorization or start date.
• Job activity: your searches, saved jobs, fit scores, queue, and the status of each application.
• Proof screenshots: a screenshot of each application form at the moment it is sent, so you can see what went out.
• Usage and billing records: counts of AI actions for plan limits, and payment status from Stripe (not your card number).
• Basic technical data: things like browser type and error logs, used to keep the service working.

• To find and score jobs for you and to write your resumes and cover letters.
• To fill and submit applications, only when you tell us to and within your daily cap.
• To show you your history, proof and usage, and to enforce plan limits.
• To bill you, answer support requests and keep the service safe.

We use Claude, made by Anthropic, to score jobs, turn plain words into search filters, and write documents. When we do, the parts of your profile and the job post needed for that task are sent to Anthropic for processing.

Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models. Every document the AI writes is checked against your master profile before you can use it.

• Vercel hosts the website and app.
• Supabase hosts our database, sign-in and file storage.
• Anthropic processes text for AI features, as described above.
• Stripe handles payments. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
• Resend delivers our emails, such as your sign-in code. It receives your email address and the message.

These providers only process data to run their part of the service for us.

We never sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

An employer only gets your information when an application is sent to them, either by you or by auto-submit you turned on. We may share data if the law requires it, and we will tell you when we are allowed to.

• Export: download everything we hold about you from Settings, in a readable file.
• Delete: delete your account from Settings. We remove your profile, documents, answers, activity and screenshots. Backups roll off within 30 days.
• Change: edit your profile and answers, or turn auto-submit off, whenever you like.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database rules keep each account's data readable only by that account. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will tell you promptly.

We keep your data while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete it as described above, except records we must keep by law, such as billing records.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email you and show a notice in the app first. See also our Terms of Service.
